Candles - 8oz Amber Jar

1) Once finished with your candle, wash out any remaining wax with hot soapy water. Sometimes you may need to scrape away the glue that adheres the wick to the bowl. Applying a coat of olive oil will nourish your wooden bowl and bring it back to its natural shine.

2) To prevent your wooden bowl from burning on the bottom, stop burning when there is less than 1/4 of the wax remaining.

3) Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4” (cotton wicks) & 1/8” (wood wicks), to prevent smoking & soot build up on vessel.

4) Burn candle for at least 2 hours the first time you light your candle to allow the wax to pool to the edges for a more even burn the rest of the time. Always burn long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel.

5) Burn only on a stable, level, heat resistant surface for no more than 4 hours at a time and within your line of sight.

6) Keep out of drafts and do not move candle while burning or if wax is melted. Keep out of reach of children & pets.
