If you have any questions or concerns about something you've bought through Bounty from the Boonies, we want to make it right. Please contact us immediately via our contact page HERE. Please note our policies below for our various product types.

Plants + Food Products - Final sale.

Workshops + Events - Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or applied to a future workshop or event up to 48 hours before the event. In the event a workshop is cancelled at any time by Bounty from the Boonies you will receive a full refund. To cancel a booking please email us at carly@bountyfromtheboonies.com

All other products - We offer a full refund for any products that are returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase and within 30 days of purchase. If you provided us with your name or email at time of purchase, we are able to look up your order in store.
