Join us for a soul-enriching workshop all about gratitude with Bounty from the Boonies owner Carly McDougall, and Karl-Ann Petroff of Plenty Blessings Urban Homestead.
While Carly shares her journey of recovery + resilience after a catastrophic mental health breakdown in 2014, we'll create personalized + laminated Gratitude Keepsake Cards.
Then Karl-Ann guides you in creating a custom Gratitude Bracelet, designed to inspire mindfulness, positivity, and gratitude in everyday life. Each participant will craft their own unique bracelet using high-quality, meaningful gemstones that symbolize various qualities and intentions:
- Rose Quartz
- Amethyst
- Magenta Tiger Eye
- Tiger Eye
- Moonstone
- Clear Quartz
- Lava Rock
- Dragon Blood Jasper
- Black Tourmaline
- Carnelian
Participants will choose three beads from the variety to create a bracelet that speaks to their personal journey or intentions (more bracelets can be crafted at an additional cost).
What to Expect:
- Guidance in designing and assembling your bracelet
- All materials provided, including elastic string, gemstone beads and spacers
- A peaceful, welcoming environment that fosters creativity and connection
- Take-home instructions

A few notes about our Workshops
Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes early. Our space is small and we need time to prep everything before you arrive.
All workshops are located at 18 Brock St W in Uxbridge ON. There is free parking on the street and across the road in the municipal lot.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend for any reason, we require at least 48 hours notice prior to the workshop date to issue a full refund.
