These tangy pickles got made into pickles using a 24 hour brine for extra flavour and crunch.
They were made with fresh dill and cucumbers from our gardens and the garlic came from the Uxbridge farmers market.
Ingredients - cucumbers, garlic, dill, peppercorns, mustard seed, bay leaf, vinegar, water and pickling salt.
