Each time you purchase a plant we will stamp your Plant Nerd card. We can keep it in store for you so you don't have to remember it each time you come.

For every 9 plants you purchase, the 10th one with a value of $25 or leas is 1/2 price.

NOTE: Your 1/2 price plant must be $25 or less.

Plants - all plants are final sale.

Workshops + Events - We offer a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the event. After that, due to the planning and prep required we are not able to offer a refund or credit. To cancel a booking please email us at carly@bountyfromtheboonies.com

Food products - All food products are final sale.

All other products - We offer a full refund for any products (other than those listed above) that are returned in their original condition within 60 days of purchase. If you provided your name or email at time of purchase we will be able to find your order in our system so no receipt is required. Product must be unused and in its original condition for a refund. If product is defective through no fault of the purchaser we will issue a full refund or replacement as available. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request where there is clear use or damage by the customer that is not the result of a manufacturing defect.

We only ship a small portion of our products since many are fragile and don't travel well. Products that aren't shippable are noted at the top of their product page. You also won't be able to select shipping as an option at checkout if shipping is not available.

Yes we do. All our plastic plant pots are labeled with 'Bring me Back' stickers and can be brought back to the store for reuse. We also repurpose and upcycle old planters. If you have some you think we may like, feel free to come by the store to show us what you have or fill out the form below with details and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
