Learn pickling methods in this hands-on class where we’ll capture and preserve the fresh taste of local cucumbers, onions + garlic. You'll leave with confidence to start preserving at home!

On top of being an important early season food source for bees, native purple violets are completely edible. We’ve used the sweet flowers and leaves and paired it with our customer Dale’s 100% Pure Vanilla Extract to craft this syrup. Use this jewel-toned syrup to create incredible cocktails, mocktails or lemonade, pour over waffles, add to tea or use in baking.
